H2oplayground reimbursement policy


Regular reimbursement policy: 

You can cancel your contract on two occasions (refer to Office de la Protection du Consommateur Québec).

Before the package mentioned in your contract begins: In that case, no fee will be charged.

In a timeframe shorter or equal to 1/10 of the contract: From the moment the Club has started delivering services. In that case, you will be asked to repay the amount corresponding to 1/10 of the total.

In a timeframe over 1/10 of the contract: Cancellation after the beginning of your package and after a timeframe over 1/10 of the contract: No refund except for medical reasons.
