Group training: Paddle pool / p-erg
Who says winter stop us from dragon boat paddling? Our dragon boat paddling pool is a great way to perfect your technique, keep fit and be ready for the summer! Our pool is located in the Quartier des Athlètes of Parc Jean Drapeau in Montreal. Whether you are a H2o club member or you wish to join one of our teams, these packages are for you!
Why registered to a dragon boat paddling pool package?
- To improve your technique: you will have the opportunity to see yourself paddling because the room is equipped with mirrors.
- One on one coaching is more accessible during pool training sessions. The space between the paddlers is larger and the coach can easily move from person to person to give technical advice!
- To stay fit.
- To keep in touch with your teammates during the fall-winter.
2024-25 registrations for community teams: November to April:
Package Combo paddle pool / p-erg:
- Course: The following packages alternate weekly between the paddling pool and the ergometer room.
- Price: 285$ plus taxes
- Included: 22 training session (60 min).
- Calendar: Mid-November to Mid-April.

Package Combo paddle pool / p-erg:
- Course: 60 minutes alternating weekly between paddling pool and p-erg room + 60 minutes gym (group training)
- Price: 415$ plus taxes
- Included: 22 training session (120 min).
- Calendar: Mid-November to Mid- April.

3. Group Reservation
Your are part of a Dragon Boat team and you would like to rent our dragon boat paddling pool or our paddling ergs studio for trainings or to organise a camp? Yes, it is possible! Our indoor facilities are located at the Parc Jean Drapeau in Montreal.
Available options for group reservation :
- Dragon boat paddling pool: fits 15 paddles in regular time.
- Dragon Boat paddling ergs studio: 20 p-ergs available.
- All equipped weights room.
