The process is simple: foundations recruit participants by selling dragon boat seats to companies. Employees from the different companies then race against each other for a day or a half-day as part of the fundraiser.

The sport is easy to learn, safe, accessible to all and above all, very entertaining.

This day will also give your donors the opportunity to take part in a team building activity. The exercises leading to the races, during the practical training, focus on coordination, communication and cohesion in a work team.

Schedule for the day:

• 12 pm : Participants arrive
• 1 pm : Activity starts
• 1 pm to 2 pm : *Practical introduction on the water and first race
• 2:30 pm to 4 pm : Tournament between team
• 4 pm : Finals
• 4:30 : Awards ceremony
