Dragon boat is an effective way to focus on coordination, the importance of being healthy, to do physical activity and on the cohesion of a team. Good way to introduce young people to the benefits of the practice of dragon boat through one of our school team building packages. For safety reasons, the minimum age recommended for our activities is 12 years old and more.

Easy parking, near Jean-Drapeau metro station, on the site of the 1976 Olympic Games, installations dedicated nautical sports, no current, no waves. Access to: changing rooms, toilets, showers, lockers. Our team building packages at Parc Jean Drapeau are for groups of 12 to 1,000 people, from May to October. Rental of meeting rooms available. Dragon boat is very easy to learn and accessible to all age groups. The boats are stable and safe. All our coaches are certified by Dragon Boat Canada and as medical first responders.
