Dragon boat Quebec City : Lac Beauport

Three levels are available for you to join within our Quebec City teams. 

Beginner level dragon boat, Quebec City :

These packages are for those of you who are curious about trying dragon boat for the first time. Dragon boat is very easy to learn and is accessible to people of all ages. The boats are very safe and steady. Our coaches are all certified by Dragon Boat Canada and certified as first responders. This type of package will give you the opportunity to learn all the sport’s bases.

Intermediate level dragon boat, Quebec City:

The intermediate level is for people who already have some bases or experience in dragon boat. Never tried dragon boat before? Being in good physical shape means you could potentially start directly at the intermediate level. Training sessions rank from intermediate intensity to high intensity and are either once or twice per week, depending on the team.

Advanced level dragon boat, Quebec City:

Initiation 2024

Our 2024 initiation package is very simple: a series of 13 training sessions of 60 minutes in which you will learn the basics of the sport. This package includes one competition. After your first season, you will be ready to join a team as a substitute! All necessary equipment is provided (paddles and PFD).
