Reimbursement policy

H2oplayground reimbursement policy.

Covid19 period: In the event of a second wave of COVID19 and in the event that we have to close our facilities, we will credit the value of the package pro-rata for the 2021 season. This credit may be applied to the same package in the 2021 season (example: you bought an unlimited OC-1 / SUP package in 2020, you get a credit for an unlimited OC-1 / SUP subscription in 2021 only). Your credit is not applicable on a registration other than an unlimited OC-1 / SUP subscription. In the event of a second wave of covid19, no refund will be issued.


Regular reimbursement policy: 

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you can cancel your contract on two occasions (refer to Office de la protection du consommateur Québec).

Before the package mentioned in your contract begins: In that case, no fee will be charged.

In a timeframe shorter or equal to 1/10 of the contract: From the moment the Club has started delivering services. In that case, you will be asked to repay the amount corresponding to 1/10 of the total.

In a timeframe over 1/10 of the contract: Cancellation after the beginning of your package and after a timeframe over 1/10 of the contract: No refund except for medical reasons.
